This wine has been made with love and dedication in honor of two beloved pets, Merlin and Onix (RIP).

Composition: 100% Merlot.
Aging: 12 months in new 500-liter French and American oak barrels.
Color: purple with garnet highlights.
Nose: fruity and slightly spicy attack, with a subtle touch of vanilla and caramel.
Palate: aromas of strawberry, cherry, hibiscus, vanilla, and a hint of brioche.
Suggested pairing: Intense creamy cheeses, beef tongue, cuts of meat, venison or hare, roasted or tempura vegetables, and dark chocolate desserts.
