At Cava Dragon we make wines with a human and personal approach, with bold notes and flavors, but without losing sight of the classic.
We seek the implementation of technology, but without letting it affect the purity of the flavor of the fruit, establishing as our primary focus the selection and harvesting of the grapes at the exact moment for the design of each of our wines, without adding or removing anything of its original flavor, with a minimal intervention approach in all our wines.
Without corrections like the wine itself, we let the situations flow and the product decorate those spaces and conversations. Exceptional wines, exalting the call of the grape and the company of the moment.

Our cellar houses a range of wines that have been harvested using an environmentally responsible process and processed with minimal intervention, giving the wine a unique energy and personality of its own.
Our vineyard's vision is long-term. We focus on sustainable and biodynamic viticulture, implementing organic practices, all with the aim of highlighting the essence of our land.
