We Are Coming Soon

Founded by the Mondragón family, Cava Dragón is a family project located in the heart of the Guadalupe Valley, in Baja California.

 

It began in 2019 with the production and sale of minimal intervention wines and, in 2022, expanded with the opening of the tasting room and restaurant.
